I was very excited about learning how to install my own pavers (show my wife how we could save the contractors money!. So, a good challenge begins with an informed DIY. Yet this book proved very dissapointing. It is very helpful to determine the pattern for the pavers and get some good ideas of the basic work. Nevertheless, there are several websites that contain very similar information. This book will not provide you with techniques for cutting pavers (specially on round borders) or on how to do corners.

Stick with the internet, there are several places where you can find great information, tricks of the trade and several other nice ideas.

Lots of good pictures, no meat. The author spends all of two pages going into the details of installation.
