This product should not have been marketed. The spray, when it works, is quite weak. The design requires that the hose be disconnected from the pump every time you want to fill the tank. The handle is unable to support the tank when used for lifting. The most serious problem I had with this product is the fact that it’s always a gamble when the hose is reconnected to the pump. Most usually no fluid would pass and it was necessary to reattach the hose.
In a frienzied mistake, I bought two of these pieces of trash and they both suffer from the same shortcomings. One is in the trash pit on the ranch and the other will join it shortly.

I’ve had problems from the beginning. The first unit I received looked used and had parts missing and broken. Customer service was great, I got another one in a couple of days with the same issues broken and incomplete packing. I was able to get a working unit out of the two that were sent. The biggest complaint now is that the handle will not stay attached to the tank I have a “portable” unit that is anything but portable! I cannot move it anywhere without reseating the handle every couple of feet! In all not worth the aggrevation.

I like the big, wide wheels that come with this sprayer. It isn’t as tippy as others that have smaller wheels and a narrower wheelbase. I find that 3 gallons is a LOT of liquid to spray, and there are times when a regular hose-end sprayer might be a better choice. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn’t need to constantly stop and pump the pressure back up as often as I thought I would. One fill-up and I can do a thorough job on weeds on my acre. The 6-foot hose is handy and is just long enough that it doesn’t drag on the ground.
There were a few things I didn’t like, which is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5:
1) When I unpackaged everything, it was obvious it was a customer return that had been hastily repackaged and reshipped, as the sprayer was already partially assembled, and the remaining pieces were just rattling around loose in the box. Fortunately all pieces were present and accounted for.
2) The spray itself seemed to get some air mixed in about 3 seconds after each time I pressed the trigger valve. The siphon tube was always submerged, so I have no idea where the air was coming from, but the spray would suddenly have a little foam mixed in. It didn’t last long but it was irritating to go from a solid spray to acting like it was slurping up the last couple tablespoons from the bottom of the tank for several seconds.
3) The instructions say to pump it up hard for a fine mist and not so hard for a more coarse spray, but I didn’t find any difference.
4) The handle only snaps onto a pair of ‘ears’ on the plastic container rather than being solidly connected. I find that if I am pulling the sprayer along on very uneven ground the handle will sometimes come off. Granted, this happens only under fairly extreme conditions, but I would like to see the handle beter connected to the container.
