This project involved extensive leveling of the floors throughout the apartment. The
apt. was gutted to the bearing walls and floor joists. New plumbing and electrical
circuits were installed along with the new carpentry, sheet rock,
applliances and cabinetry. The construction time for this job was just over 12 weeks.
Total cost for this job was $80,000. |
