This project began with small outdated kitchen, a small bedroom near the entry of the apartment, and a
two piece bathroom.The apt. was gutted throughout. The small bedroom was moved to the rear of the apt. A new modern kitchen was installed with an open dining area where the old bedroom once was. A new bathroom with a sink, a toliet and custom shower stall replaced the old one. Total cost = $110.000. |
