This project involved updating a small NYC studio apt. (325 Sq ft).
The original layout had very little lighting, a 2 piece bathroom, and
very little cabinetry. New electrical service was brought to the apt.,
along with recessed low voltage halogen lighting in the ceilings throughout. A modern three piece bathroom was installed, as well as an efficient, neat galley style kitchen. Total cost was $60,000. |
