This project involved updating a small NYC studio apt. (325 Sq ft). The original layout had very little lighting, a 2 piece bathroom, and very little cabinetry. New electrical service was brought to the apt., along with recessed low voltage halogen lighting in the ceilings throughout. A modern three piece bathroom was installed, as well as an efficient, neat galley style kitchen. Total cost for this project was $60,000.

This project began with small outdated kitchen, a small bedroom near the entry of the apartment, and a two piece bathroom.The apt. was gutted throughout.
